wage system and level up bonus

Wage system is based on the ep you have earn in that month, here is how the new system works!

the is 5 rate setting

rate credits ep

2--------1-----2
3--------1-----3 default
4--------1-----4
5--------1-----5

default as a cap of 1 mill credits so the most any one member can have on default setting is 5 mill credits

the wage is set at default which is rate 3.

copy and paste everyone's ep and names with rate code and post in here, at the end of the week copy and paste everyone's ep and names with rate code then post in here
now work out each members ep starting with rate code and finishing with rate code
divide by 3 then you have the amount you need to pay in credits, if the wage is set at rate 4 then you would divide by 4 or if set at rate 2 divide by 2, if set at rate 1 just pay out the ep in credits

RATE 6, 7 & 8 IS A BONUSE SETTING AND IS NOT TO BE USED IN THE WEEKLY PAYOUTS, IT IS FOR EVENTS ONLY!

to use the bonus rates you must copy and paste everyone's ep and put in rate code and post it in here, at the end of the event copy and paste everyone's ep and put in rate code work out the ep then multiply by 5, 10 or 20 then pay in credits

WEEKLY RATE CODES

[R1SOW] is rate 1 start of week. [R1EOW] is rate 1 end of week
[R2SOW] is rate 2 start of week. [R2EOW] is rate 2 end of week
[R3SOW] is rate 3 start of week. [R3EOW] is rate 3 end of week
[R4SOW] is rate 4 start of week. [R4EOW] is rate 4 end of week
[R5SOW] is rate 5 start of week. [R5EOW] is rate 5 end of week

BONUSE RATE CODES

[R6SOE] is rate 6 start of event. [R6EOE] is rate 6 end of event
[R7SOE] is rate 7 start of event. [R7EOE] is rate 7 end of event
[R8SOE] is rate 8 start of event. [R8EOE] is rate 8 end of event

Each member as a code at the end of the name this is so we know what rate each member as been set to.
